Welcome to The Synergy School Partnership. I am delighted to introduce our Partnership and to share our collective vision, values and commitment to providing the very best educational experiences for each child within our schools.
I have worked in education across Hampshire for over 25 years, with 19 of those years spent as a Senior Leader. For the past 13 years, I have had the privilege of serving as the Executive Headteacher and as one of the founding members of The Synergy School Partnership. During this time, I have been deeply committed to building strong, collaborative schools where leadership is sustainable, staff are supported, and children thrive.
Throughout my career, I have been involved in 13 Ofsted inspections and 2 SIAMS inspections in the roles of Deputy Headteacher, Headteacher and Executive Headteacher. In addition, I have worked as an Associate Inspector for the Local Authority, undertaking both secondment roles and mentoring newly appointed Headteachers. These experiences have strengthened my belief that schools are at their best when they work together, learn from one another and share expertise openly.
Alongside my professional role, I am also a parent to five sons aged between 7 and 18. This ensures that I lead not only as an educator, but also from the perspective of a parent who understands the importance of trust, care, high expectations and opportunity for every child. This dual perspective underpins my commitment to placing children and families at the heart of everything we do.
